COMPLAINT POLICY AND PROCEDURE

We deeply appreciate your interest and patronage in our schools; we also acknowledge the effort of parent and guardian of our student in the development of the schools.

Our focus is to ensure that our student gets a quality Education which meets both local and international standard. High priority is given to the teaching condition and environment in which our students learn.

We do everything we can to ensure that our children are safe and happy in school. Therefore we want to work in partnership with parents and guardians and the community as a whole to ensure that our children remain safe and happy.

However, it is possible that you find fault in our establish system of learning or may want to suggest areas we need improvement, We have a clear procedure for working with anyone who wishes to make a complaint against the school which is outlined here in our complaints policy.

  1. Informal - It is hoped that the majority of issues can be solved informally, with the class teacher in the first instance or with the Head Teacher/Principal. A meeting may be called to discuss what has happened, and to decide which steps should be taken to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Formal - If the informal approach has not been successful in addressing the complaint, then a formal complaint should be made in writing. This written complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days with the name and contact details of the person who is dealing with the complaint. The complaint will be investigated fully and a report on the findings will be sent to the complainant within 15 working days.
